Education and Student Experience Portfolio Assistant
Salary from £32,890 to £36,052 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £38,422 pa inclusive of London allowance
This is a fixed term appointment for 2 years
The LSE Eden Centre brings together educational, technological and developmental expertise to support the development of academic staff and enable curriculum enrichment and digital innovation across the School.
Based in the Eden Centre, this role is central to the smooth running and success of the Education and Student Experience (ESE) pillar of the LSE Strategy, providing high-quality administrative support across the ESE strategic change portfolio, with a primary focus on supporting the ESE AI and Education Programme, and the ESE Teaching and Learning Spaces Strategy Project. The post holder will have responsibility for a range of key administrative duties to support delivery of the above Programme and Project, both of which are led by the Eden Centre, as well as supporting other administrative tasks within the wider ESE Portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have:
· Educated to at least A-level (or equivalent) standard
· At least one year’s experience in providing high-quality administrative support in a professional office environment
· Experience in planning, arranging and supporting events and meetings
· Good communication skills with the ability to understand and convey information in a clear and accurate manner both in person and in writing
